At schoolsWP, we do our utmost to provide you with quality training. However, due to the nature of the services offered (immediately accessible digital content), refund rights are governed by law.
Right of withdrawal – Online courses
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Immediate access to digital content not provided on a physical medium, with your express agreement and waiver of the right of withdrawal
- Training fully completed before the end of the 14-day period
✅ By validating your order, you agree to receive immediate access to your training and waive your right of withdrawal.
Exceptions: special requests
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- Proven technical bug preventing access to content
- Obvious error in the ordering process
- Unintentional double payment

How to apply
To apply for a refund :
- Send an email to contact@michaelkihl.fr
- Specify: surname, first name, order date, product concerned
- Specify the reason for your request
⏳ You will receive a return within 7 working days.
Refund accepted? Here’s how it works
- Refunds are processed by the same payment method used to place the order.
- Processing may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Non-refundable products
Excluded from reimbursement:
- Access to training already consumed or downloaded
- Bonus products (ebooks, replays, etc.) if provided instantly
- Gift cards, personalized discounts or promotional products
