These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all sales of online training courses offered on the schoolsWP.com website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of digital services (training courses, e-books, video content, self-help groups, etc.).
Acceptance of GTC
All orders placed on the schoolsWP.com website imply the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. They are accessible at all times on the site.
Description of services
Training courses are offered in the form of digital content accessible online (video, PDF, audio, text, etc.) via a secure member’s area. Depending on the offer, services may include access to a private self-help group or pre-recorded online sessions.
How to order
The customer selects the desired training course and accesses an order page where he/she enters his/her personal details and chooses a payment method. Once payment has been validated, the Customer receives an email confirmation with access to the course.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, net of tax (VAT not applicable). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment methods accepted are those indicated on the site (credit card, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- once access to the digital content has been provided after express agreement by the Customer and waiver of his right of withdrawal,
- or when the training has been fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period.
A withdrawal form is available in the appendix to these GTC. If the conditions are met, reimbursement will be made within 14 days.
Access to services
Access to content is personal and non-transferable. Any reproduction, distribution or resale of content is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent access, access to the service may be suspended without notice.
Responsibilities
Michaël KIHL makes every effort to ensure that the site and training courses are accessible without interruption. However, Michaël KIHL cannot be held responsible for malfunctions beyond its control (maintenance, hosting, force majeure, etc.).
Customers remain solely responsible for the use they make of the content offered. No guarantee of results can be given.
Intellectual property rights
All content published on schoolsWP.com is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is the responsibility of the customer.
Personal data
The personal data collected is used to manage orders, access services and send information. It is processed in accordance with the RGPD. Customers may exercise their rights at any time at contact@michaelkihl.fr.
Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Michaël KIHL at the above address. In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the matter may be referred to a consumer mediator if no amicable agreement has been reached.
